Stevenage - Stevenage is a rather sizeable town placed north of the capital and in the county of Hertfordshire (Herts) part of the Home Counties region, beside the A1(M) motorway, it boasts a populace of roughly 84,200 and was designated as the first of the 'New Towns' in the mid-1940's composed of 6 self contained communities, the 1st of which was completed in nineteen fifty one (Stoney Hall and Monks Wood).
