Stevenage - Stevenage is a largish town placed to the north of the city of London and within the county of Hertfordshire (Herts) within the Home Counties region, beside the major highway the A1 (M), it is home to a populace of around 80,000 and was proclaimed to be the 1st of the 'New Towns' in nineteen forty six having half a dozen self contained neighbourhoods, the first of which was finished in 1951 (Monks Wood and Stoney Hall).
